Be the architect of your own life.
My Story
Prior to being a psychotherapist, I completed a master’s degree in accounting. I worked as an auditor and accountant for large corporations in New York City. Life was stable and comfortable. But, I was bored, lacked motivation, and direction. I felt something was wrong, but I couldn’t pinpoint exactly what it was. And that’s how I met Eva, my first psychotherapist. With her help, I gradually learned to distinguish and separate the noise around me and face the fear of change. I created a connection with my inner wisdom that was suppressed for a very long time.
This experience led to a complete career change in my 30’s and I decided to give up accounting to become a psychotherapist. It was one of the most significant decisions in my life. When I started this journey I was engulfed by fear. I worried about the risks of starting over, the cost of time, the investment of money and so on. The voice of self-doubt lingered: Is this the right decision? Can I do this?
This process wasn’t easy because change required more confidence, action, and patience.I am glad I chose to face this challenge, listen to my heart, and get to know myself. I am full of gratitude and enthusiasm for my life today, because I love my work and life.
So when you are confused about life, wounded by fear, restraint by self-doubt, or when you want to change but don’t know where to start, our conversations can give you courage, confidence and support.

Therapeutic Philosophy and Approach
My therapeutic philosophy is to help clients achieve self-awareness where I introduce tools that help clients independently manage their emotions, change destructive behavior and raise awareness.
I believe that I accompany my clients for a short run on the long road of life. Everyone has the potential to become their own psychotherapist to achieve fulfillment.
My approach is Integrated Psychotherapy, which has two aspects. First, I will not only focus on the client’s symptoms. I treat my clients holistically by paying close attention to their physical, mental, and spiritual health. I believe this is the best way to secure the continued wellbeing of my clients. Second, I engage my clients in talk and non-talk therapy, which is guided by Psychodynamic Psychology and Internal Family System (IFS). I integrate neuroscience-based therapies such as EMDR, meditation/MBSR, sensory experience, and Evolutionary Astrology, etc., to help clients achieve physical, mental and spiritual health.
